日本に戻りました。
５年前に海外に飛び出し、日本では得る事ができない貴重な経験、
素晴らしい出会いを重ね、自分自信の成長に繋がったと思います。
日本を出る前にお世話になった方、友人、そして海外で
温かく迎えてくださり、これまで支えてくださった方々への感謝の気持ちを
大切にしたいと思います。
前進する事を忘れず、一つ一つかたちにしていこうと思います。

2010年　元旦の言葉

2009年振り返ると、人生で一番読書をした年だったと思います。
幼少の頃は全く読書をしなかったのですが、今では一番好きな時間とも
言えるぐらいです。結果オーライ。
2010年元旦に記憶に留めたいフレーズ、『 We just figure there is so much to look forward
to that there is no sense thinking of what we might have done .』
日本語でもよくナンセンスという言葉が使われますが、できなかった事を考える事はナンセンスで先を見る事の方が山ほどあるという意味でしょうか.

今年はこの言葉を胸に留め、先を見て前向きに進みたいと思います。

パラゴンで MJの「 This is it 」を見ました。ライブの収録ドキュメンタリームービーでした。
見終わった後は、やはり、MJの歌声「I just can't stop loving.........you ~ 」とムーンウォークが頭から消えません。
これがブームを巻き起こしたルーツなんでしょうか。
偉大なスターです。

タイランドオープンテニス　2009

朝、大会オフィシャルホテルで金子英樹さん（元プロ）塚田さん（インターナショナルツアーコーチ）そしてミーシャ選手（ドイツATP40）と待ち合わせて車で会場へ向かう、そのままミーシャ選手のウォームアップをじっくり見学、その後、第一試合シモン選手の完璧なテニス、第二試合はほんの僅かの差で敗退したミーシャ選手の試合。五感全てでATPのテニスを学ぶ事が出来たと思います。ジュニア選手にも目で見て肌で感じてレベルアップを目指して欲しいと思いました。 (集合写真右から３番目はシュトラー選手（元世界トップ５）です。
レベルの高い世界に身を投じる事で自分自身も意識の上で数段レベルアップ出来る事を感じました。

テニスと英語の世界の更なる追求の為に日本を出て５年になります。
当初は本やインターネットで、好きな有名人やスポーツ選手の英語の名言を探し、辞書を引きながら何度も読み返していました。
５年経った今では、街で見かけるそのような言葉もごく自然に自分の中に入ってきます。
自分は受験の時に英語がとても苦手だったのですが、今考えると、英語の世界に多大な時間を費やすのであれば言語はツールにすぎないという事を理解し、単なる語学学習で終わらせてはいけないなと思います。その先になにを求めるかが大切！

The instructor told Mori Prime Minister, when you shake hand with President Obama, please say 'how r u'.
Then Mr. Obama should say, 'I am fine, and you?' Now, you should say 'me too'. Afterwards we, translators, will do the work for you.'

It looks quite simple, but the truth is...

When Mori met Obama , he mistakenly said 'who r u?' (Instead of 'How r u?'.)

Mr. Obama was a bit shocked but still managed to react with humor:
'Well, I'm Michelle's husband, ha-ha..'

Then Mori replied 'me too, ha-ha.. .'.

一般人からスターになる劇的な瞬間でした。先月、ダンスオーディション会場で見た姿とはまるっきり変わっていて、１２人それぞれが皆、自信に満ちあふれている表情でした。

ダンススクールを運営する上で、一人でも多くの子供達が近い将来このような華やかな場に上るチャンスを勝ち取って欲しいと思いました。

とAPF Studio Dance チーム、計17名で引き受け急遽練習に取り組みました。

11月3日〜11月7日の期間で日本に戻ります。

APFG Party [Moving to the second stage]に出席しました。

昨年とても刺激をうけたお笑いTV番組、「めちゃいけ第二章」、「EXILEの第二章」、
そして今回のパーティー「Second Stage」この言葉にとても大きな意味とエネルギーをもらいます。
「新しい事にチャレンジし、困難を乗り越えそしてまた新たなステージに立つ、日々アップデートを
重ねる事により進化し続けていこう」と心に決めた貴重な一日でした。

あとカラオケ大会では生のステージにたつ感動も味わいました。
本当に素晴らしいパーティーでした。

先日,Macをアップグレードする際に、ハードディスクを整理していたら、シンガポール時代の仲間、Ben君のCoolな
動画が出てきました。Ben君は日本の文化がとても大好きで、「おいしい」がBen君の口癖でした。
他のみんなは私のことを「Hiro」と呼んでいましたが、Ben君だけは「Mori-san」と少し違うアクセントで呼んでくれていました。懐かしいです。ちなみに彼の英語の口癖は『Good！』です。そう言えば、自分も昔からよく皆さんに真似される口癖は、いつも『Good!』のような気が、、、、自分ではあまり意識していないのですが。

バンコクに来てもうすぐ１年、時が経つのが本当に早く感じます。Time sure has way of flying by!
アユタヤは、タイに初めて来た時の印象を思い出さしてくれる、笑顔とユニークさが溢れる素晴らしい場所でした。
まだまだ自分の知らないタイが沢山あるのだなと改めて実感しました。

休日を利用してタイランドオープンを見てきました。
久々にトッププロのテニス、そして試合を見て沢山の発見がありました。
「バランスの良さ、スイングの柔らかさ、そして素早い動き」
やはり、イメージを頭に焼き付ける事はとても大切ですね。
今回のタイランドオープンのテーマは（　Nothing beats live ! ) です。
まさにその通りと思います。
コーチとしての収穫も沢山ありました。
しっかりまとめてコート上でプレーヤーの皆さんにお伝えしたいと思います。

一時帰国

今回の一時帰国、安部総理辞任、阪神10連勝、ラーメン一蘭大阪上陸など日本列島では色々な事が起こっていました。
そんな中、本当に充実した一週間を日本で過ごす事ができ、また改めて色々な事を再確認できた事を非常に嬉しく思っています。
１年ぶりあるいは２年ぶりの友人そして先輩に沢山の刺激をもらいました。
今井さん改めまして、開院おめでとうございます。
帰りの飛行機であの頃を懐かしく思いました、次に会える日が楽しみです。
締めくくりにストップオーバーを利用した香港の夜景は自分にとっては最高のモチベーションづけの場となりました。
２００７年ラストスパートをきって、良い２００８年を迎えたいですね。

No.1 Suger Cane in Singapore

I like to drink suger cane very much !
When I go to english school , I always drop by one of the coffee stall to drink suger cane .
I like to chat with stall's boss as well . He is very kind and friendly .
I tried making a suger cane .
It was really good experience for me .
Anyway the stall is behind greaat world city .
Let's try it .
Unfortunately the stall is going to move to other place next year .

By the way this is my favorite quotation from the book ! What do you think about this?

This is my first concert of Bossa Nova !

Guess what !I already knew that Aya san & Megu san would go to concert today at Esplanade Theatre
.Accidentally my evening class was canceled becase it was heavy rain . Luckily Ochisan gave me a rest for tonight .

As a matter of fact I and Minorusan quickly decided to go Lisa Ono's concert at 8 pm.
The reason why I decided it was Hidekisan' s storong advice of his experience about concert .
Actually It was really interesting and unexpected .
Anyway we enjoyed Bossa Nova music even though we only know 3songs of that !
Ecepecially the song's name 「Home town 」故郷　.
All in all , It was a wonderful tonight! By the way I 'll start studying about Discourse Markers from now .

Tennis Camp in Changi Beach

We have about 30 participants in this tennis camp .
It is becoming a very big event for us now .
Every day I can see great smile of 30 kids while travelling to Changi Beach Culub together .
It is absolutely fun!
They are very obedient and very cute .
They improve very fast actually .
As well as they enjoyed playing tennis ,having a conversation over lunch and they enjoyed fantastic Singapore hot weather !

Today, I wanna introduce you to Englsh teacher ,Paul at WSI .
He is very helpful and he always gives specific advices to my problem about learning Englsh .
He is also a keen sportsman. He likes to take his students out to teach them sports .
Last time I joined him at the East Coast Park, We went Roller-blading.
Eventhough it was my first time, I could do it quite well with his help.

Recently I go to National library on Sunday evening . I like to stay there to study and relax.
Actually when I live in Japan I often go to library.
I like that kinds of atmosphere. There are different kinds of people , such as student ,couple , business man ,foreigner (me) . And It's good design of architecture. In my opinion, library stands for their own culture .　Singapore's library is very modern and mixed various concept I guess . Last year I went to Melbourne . At that time I visited library as well . It was great . I felt like to stay there every day .

for a rainy day, for our retirement, but how many of us actually enjoy the now?
We are encouraged to regret the past and dream about a better future.
We use endless conditionals to create the vision of perfection: if I lose a few kilos,
I'll change my image. If I stop smoking, I'll be able to save lots of money.
If I meet the (wo)man of my dreams, I'll be happy ,,,,,and on it goes.
But the reality is that we only have 'now'. After all, we don't know what will happen
tomorrow so we need to enjoy today. As the saying goes 'you only live once' ,,,,, or do you?

They were very kind and sociable .
I had a really good time with them.
And I was very excited to see KL city . It was more beautiful than I thought .

I went to Pulau ubin Island with my good friends.
Shaped like a boomerang , Pulau Ubin is situated just off the northeastern corner of mainland Singapore.
A trip to plau Ubin is a throwback to Singapore in the 1960's. The island is home to Singapore last villages or "kampongs"
there are still about a hundred villagers living here.

Last night I went to see a music band at National University of Singapore with my friends.
There was incredible big . When we were going to there we lost many times.
Anyway there were a lot of good facility such as pool , tenniscourt, cafeteria as well as bar .
Speaking of band ,they are philipino ,. They can sing definitely very well .
It was very cozy. I was relaxed and enjyoed it very much .

I celebrated chinese new year with my friend in china town. There was so crowded .
Fortunately one of my friend work at TV program company . That's why we could get into the new year's event hall .

Junior Camp 最終日 ( 2 Weeks )

今日は、あいにくのお天気で１日中雨が降ったり止んだりで、クラス別の課題練習は残念ながらできませんでした。
選手達はその残念な気持ちを、体育館でのダッシュやリレーそして午後からはバトミントンチーム対抗戦のほうにぶつけている様子でした。みんな色々な内容のトレーニングに必死で取り組み、徐々にチームワークも養いながら見ていてとても清々しい光景の数々でした。
今回、Junior Canp ２週を終えて、選手達同様、我々コーチ陣も沢山の事を学び成長できたと思います。
明日からはまた通常のレッスンに戻りますが、常に選手と共に学ぶ姿勢を忘れる事無くレベルの向上を目指して行きたいと思います。
今回の参加選手のみなさん、コーチ達はみんなと素晴らしい時間を共に過ごす事ができて、最高に嬉しく思っています。

Junior Camp ４日目(2 Weeks )

今日キャンプ4日目は、昨日からの雨が心配されましたが、朝から快晴でいつもと同じようにスタートしました。昨日の午後、雨で練習ができなかった分を取り戻すかのごとく、バスが到着するやいなやみんな急いでコートに入り、自主練習を行っていました。とても素晴らしい光景に思えました。選手のみんなはこの先テニスを続けていく中で、色々な壁にぶち当たって悩んだり、辛い思いをする事が有るかもしれませんが、この今のテニスに対する溢れんばかりの情熱をいつまでも持ち続け、時には初心に戻って初めてナイスショットが打てた時の喜び、ライバルに勝つことができた時の快感をいつまでも追い求め続けて欲しいと思います。
とうとう明日はジュニアキャンプFinal Day になってしまいました。選手一人一人のキャンプ最終日に掛ける意気込みを見るのがとても楽しみです。みんな、楽しくそしてエキサイトしましょうね！

Junior Camp３日目(2Weeks)

今日の午前中は、うなるような暑さで、選手のみんなはいつものように、ランニング、体操、縄跳び、素振り、フォア、バックの打点とフォーム、軌道イメージのチェクそしてコーディネーションマッチと、全体で行いました。選手達は、日ごとに上達して行く様子が顕著に現れ、自主的にどんどん行っていました。その後は、それぞれのクラスに分かれて課題練習、今回のキャンプではクラスごとに、ノートを管理し、練習のポイントや目標を記入し、毎回自分のテーマを持って課題練習に取り組んでいます。
午後は久々の大雨で、大ホールに場所を移動し、縄跳び選手権と大縄跳び、最後にはレクリエーションゲームを行いました。
それぞれとても楽しい思い出ができた事と思います。

Junior Camp ２日目 ( 2Weeks )

今日も朝から快晴、日差しがジリジリと照りつける中、２９名の選手達が一生懸命テニスの練習に汗、時には涙を流していました。
キャンプは、日頃の１時間半のレッスンと違い、全体の中で、縄跳びやラリー、そしてポイントマッチなどを競い合い、チャンピオンとして勝ち残る事の素晴らしさとその反面、勝負の厳しさや味わった事の無い緊張感を経験する事ができるとてもいい機会だと思っています。２９人の中で最後まで勝ち残った選手は、とても良い笑顔をしていました。将来この中の一人でも多くの選手が、本番の大会で今日と同じような笑顔を見せてくれる事を期待して、明日も頑張りたいと思います。保護者のみなさんそして河野さん、毎日のようにご声援誠に有り難うございます。

Junior Camp 初日　(2 weeks )

みなさん、明けましておめでとうございます。今年も宜しくお願いします。
２００６年のビッグイベントSTA Junior Camp ( 2Weeks )がスタートしました。今日も一週目に引き続き天気は良好で、素晴らしい
スタートが切れました。２週目は彩コーチも加わりコーチ３人体制、そして参加選手もなんと３０人と、かなりのビックイベントになりました。今回のチャンギビーチクラブは非常にコンディションが良く最大コート４面進行が可能なので、基礎、基本そして実践練習とバラエティ豊かな内容を予定しています。選手のみんな、どんどんレベルアップして行きましょうね！
今日は彩コーチ、見莉コーチ、そして私、森コーチの３つにクラス分けを行いました。このキャンプでは、まず全体で基本の確認、（見て学ぶ事）を行い、その後クラス別でテーマ演習（スキルアップの徹底）を行うようにしています。
テニスは個人スポーツなので、コーチと一対一でも、もちろん練習は可能ですが、選手達にとってはこのような大人数、まるで試合会場のような場で、ライバルを見つけたり、上のレベルのプレーを見て学ぶ事は、とても良い経験になると思います。
明日も選手一人一人にとって、よりリアルで素晴らしい環境を作ってあげたいと思います。

Junior Camp 最終日（１week )

最終日もバッチリ快晴でした！この一週間で一番の日差しが照りつけていたように感じましたが、選手のみんなは、キャンプ最後の１日
というのを各々が意識しており、休憩する間も惜しんで、コートを駆け回っていました。
この5日間で基礎体力はもちろんの事、暑さや厳しいトレーニングに対する忍耐力も同時に養われたことと思います。
やはりテニスは忍耐のスポーツですから、小さいうちにこのような普段とは全く違った環境で行われるキャンプに参加し、テニスを通じて沢山のことを学ぶ事は非常に大切な事だと確信できました。
今回の参加選手のみんなには、このキャンプを機に、今後もテニスを通じて沢山の経験を積んでもらいたいと願っています。
最後に、参加者のご父兄の皆さん、いつも暖かいご声援、お心遣いありがとうございました。

今日も天気良好！今日は早朝から沢山のお母様方にコートまで足を運んで頂き、とても嬉しく思いました。選手のみんなはこれまでの練習の成果をしっかり発揮できたでしょうか？今回、みんながキャンプに参加しテニスを思う存分できるのも、お父さんお母さんのお陰ですよね。
選手のみんなは、この感謝の気持ちをずっと心に留めておいて欲しいな。
今回、キャンプでは普段の基本練習はもちろんの事、できるだけバラエティ豊富な内容にトライ、マスターする事により、日頃ぶち当たっているレベルアップの壁を打破することや、上達のコツをつかむきっかけを見つける事を期待しています。
今日で既にキャンプ４日目ですが、選手の上達の早さに私も見莉コーチも驚きの連続といった感じでその未知なる可能性を引き出し絶えずサポートして続ける事が、我々コーチの役割なんだろうという話に行き着きます。
明日はキャンプ１週目最終日です。みんなにとって最高の一日になるように、サポートできたらと思っています。

Junior Camp３日目

今日も朝から快晴でした。今回のジュニアキャンプは天候はもちろんの事、テニスコートもなんとグランドスラムの一つオーストラリアンオープンと同じサーフェイス（リバウンドエース）といった最高の環境で行われています。
今日は午前中に全体を二つのチームに分けラリーマッチを行い、その中で年上の子が年下の子ににルールを説明したり、応援してあげたりと、全体の雰囲気がとても良くなったように思います。
森コーチのクラスは、今日から基本練習を午前中に集中して行い、午後からはサーブからのマッチ練習をコート２面を使って行いました。みんな、マッチをする事によって、自分の課題や基本練習の必要性を感じた事と思います。明日の練習に入る姿勢が楽しみです。
見莉コーチのクラスは、暑さや、雰囲気にも慣れてきた様子で、表情がとても明るくなり、練習の動きもスムーズになって来たように思います。友達も沢山でき、食事や休憩時間もとても楽しそうでした。午後からはサーブにチャレンジし、見莉コーチの説明を真剣に聞いている様子でした。明日も楽しみです。

Junior Camp ２日目

今日は朝からお天気も良く、選手達には少し日差しが強すぎるぐらいでしたが、みんな一生懸命練習に取り組んでいました。
今日も最初の１時間は、全体でフォーム、打点のチェック、そしてサービスボックス内でのコーディネーションマッチを行いました。全体練習は徐々に活気が出て来たように感じます。
その後は、二つのクラスに分かれて、クラスごとの課題練習を行いました。森コーチのクラスはみんな、レッスンの内容をしっかり把握できてきたようで、次々とコーチからの課題をクリアーし、少し質の高い内容まで触れる事が出来たと思います。明日更にその続きに挑戦してもらいたいと思います。見莉コーチのクラスは、基本動作の反復練習の徹底を行い、体のバランスとラケットのスイングがみるみる上達しているのがわかりました。とても暑い中みんなコーチと一緒に目標回数を数え、元気に頑張っていました。明日も楽しみです。

Sanwa Tennis Academy Junior Camp

いよいよ、２００５年を締めくくるにふさわしいビックイベント、STAジュニアキャンプinチャンギビーチクラブがスタートしました。
早朝から、約２０名の元気なプレーヤー達がホテルに集合し、大型バスでチャンギに向けて出発しました。
午前中は、基礎の確認、フォアハンド、バックハンドのフォーム、打点チェックそしてスピン回転をかけての軌道イメージを
全体で取り組みました。少し小雨の中、みんな黙々と取り組んでいました。到着早々、参加選手たちのテニスに対する興味の深さ、意識の高さを感じさせられました。
途中雨のため、体育館でのトレーニングを約３０分行いました。フォアハンドの正しい打点に入るた為の左手ボールキャッチ、フットワーク、クイックネスを養う、ラダートレーニング等をの内容を、しっかり汗を流しながら真剣に取り組んでいました。
お昼は場所を変えて海沿いのレストランでバイキング、みんな仲良く楽しく、お行儀良く頂いていました。
午後はノートに午前のポイント、午後の目標を記入してから、クラス分けを行い。ストロークの徹底練習を行いました。
初日を振り返っての感想は、みんなのテニスに対するやる気、思いに、コーチとして最大限応えてあげる事、出来る限りレベルを上げてあげる事の大切さを感じました。佐々木コーチとしっかり内容を確認し合い良いものにしていきたいと思います。

When he was 3 or 4 , he picked up a racket .
He loved any ball sport.
He started with lessons about 8.
Before that it was for fun. He would occupy himself for hours against a wall
or a cupboard . He would hit to the wall for hours and only came back
when he was thirsty or hungry.
He was upset when he lost a match . This was his ambition,very competitive.
He hated to lose. He worked with a mental trainer. He was wasting energy on emotions
instead of keeping calm. He got his whole personality and whole emotion under control.
After he overcame his teenage ups and downs , and he won Wimbledon juniors
in 1998 . He won sngles and doubles so he knew “ I can compete with all of them.”
Then he beat [Carlos] Moya ,a top 10 player, and then he had the feeling “ I can beat the top 10 .” The year after , he beat [Pete] Sampras. He knew " I can beat anybody .”He was beating the big guys at a very young age .
